| Description: | In this class we will learn the basics of self-defense. More importantly students will about discipline, respect, patients, self-control and more. Please note that students who do not want to participate in all class activities, will be asked to sit on the side until the class has finished, so please insure you student wished to be in the class before enrolling.
Prior to class, all students should have their shoes removed, as well as all jewelry (with the exception of studded earrings).
Students should also wear active wear that will allow them to move freely without restriction. |
| Requirements: | This class is in a Seedlings Co-op track. Each Seedlings track consists of two classes (Block A and B). By registering for this class, your child will automatically be registered for both blocks. Parents are required to help in a class during one of the two blocks, and will be assigned a class before the start of the session. For more information on Seedlings visit https://fpsv.groupzu.com. All participating Seedlings parents MUST ATTEND the Seedlings Orientation on, Thursday, August 28 at 6:30pm at the Center. ** Seedlings is 11 weeks long. Our first day is September 11. Our last day will be November 20. ** |
